This luxurious plate begins with sea bream broth consommé and cherry shrimp quiche, followed by a healthy and satisfying main course featuring seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat, and culminates in French toast made with wheat gluten and dessert.
As a set drink, we recommend enjoying a refreshing lemonade inspired by a field of blue nemophila flowers.
