TAIZO SHIBANO

Born in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The company aims to become a "comprehensive manufacturer of dairy products originating from Ishikawa Prefecture" that is world-class in its Gelato, cheese, and yogurt.
He has produced numerous shops across the country through Gelato illusion and Gelato supervision and consulting.
He is constantly exploring new possibilities beyond the boundaries of Gelato, demonstrating his multifaceted talents by developing many new products through Gelato workshops, collaboration with farmers and other companies.

This is a representative flavor that makes the most of the potential of Oku-Noto Milk, which is "dairy farmer-exclusive raw milk" that won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.

Recommendation No.2 Grand Pistachio

This product uses an original paste made from pistachios, the "queen of nuts," roasted from the beans. Blended with fresh milk from Noto, it's a recommended item packed with carefully selected ingredients.
